In June 2018, the insurance institute of Uganda held its annual training with partners in the insurance industry at Golf Course hotel Kampala.

The key note speech was delivered by Mr.Sudesh Kaka of Sudesh Int’l Consult. He emphasized the need for insurers to concentrate on providing unique digital experiences if they are to survive the technological disruption that is increasingly creating the demand for digital self service via mobile phones, tabs and computers.
